Welcome to Kentucky Elder Attorney

Our elder law firm is dedicated to helping seniors and their loved ones successfully plan for the complex challenges that can result from the aging process. From managing serious issues such as finding ways to pay for Kentucky long term care in a skilled facility and creating documents that will work in light of debilitating diseases like Alzheimer’s to planning for leaving a legacy for your loved ones and avoiding the probate process, we know the ins-and-outs of the Kentucky estate planning and elder law planning you need.

Elder law planning is often misunderstood as legal planning that affects only those in their nineties or facing severe disability.  We are here to tell you that is not the case. Elder law as a legal planning tool impacts anyone in the state of Kentucky, and across the nation, over the age of eighteen years old.  In fact, the earlier you can start planning the more legal planning tools, options, strategies and resources are available to you. From creating powers of attorney and trust agreements to handling probate and finding resources to pay for the high cost of Kentucky nursing homes, we have solutions you and your family need.

We would be honored to set a complimentary appointment with you to talk about what you need. You can call us at (502) 348 – 4873 or click this link to fill out our contact form and we will contact you.  Need a little more information? Estate Planning

Who will make your decisions if you cannot? Who will pay your bills? Who will take care of those you love? Ultimately, who will inherit your assets? These are the questions that a proper Kentucky estate plan answers for you.

Elder Law Planning

A step beyond basic estate planning, Kentucky elder law planning contemplates not just who will make your decisions if you cannot and who will inherit your estate at death but how you will protect your estate during life.

Medicaid Planning

Paying privately for home health care, assisted living facility care or skilled nursing facility care is expensive. Without proper planning and advice, paying for the high costs of long term care can easily wipe out a lifetime of savings.
